Due to the nature of these services, all payments made to Morrowbiz Inc. are generally non-refundable.

Once work has commenced, resources have been allocated, consultations have been provided, or services have been delivered, refunds will not be issued.

However, client satisfaction remains important to us. If a client experiences concerns or dissatisfaction regarding our services, we encourage them to contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to review the situation and work toward a fair resolution whenever possible.

Nothing in this policy prevents Morrowbiz Inc. from voluntarily providing service adjustments, corrections, or reasonable accommodations at its sole discretion.

Morrowbiz Inc. does not guarantee refunds for third-party services and cannot issue refunds for fees charged by third-party companies.

Clients acknowledge that:

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or usage rights to final deliverables as outlined in the applicable project agreement.

We do not use online merchant processors such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, or similar payment gateways for website transactions.
